From Jenkins to Argo CD.
Over three years, SIRIUS evolved from a JavaFX monolith to Kubernetes microservices. We moved delivery from Jenkins to GitHub Actions and Argo CD with GitOps: Image Updater, Argo Rollouts, Blue-Green and Canary strategies.

Evolved the Jenkins chain to GitHub Actions for ING3 services. CI adapted to a multi-service architecture.
Argo CD Engineering project · team of 3
Moved from Jenkins to Argo CD with GitOps: per-environment configuration versioned with Kustomize, images tracked by Image Updater, automatic sync in dev and manual sync in staging and production. Git becomes the reference: drift is visible and a rollback is just a commit.
Rollouts Engineering project · team of 3
Implemented Blue-Green and Canary strategies with Argo Rollouts. Controlled promotion and easier rollback.
Observe Engineering project · team of 3
Instrumented Prometheus/Loki/Grafana, probes and health checks. Correlatable metrics, logs and service health.

I designed a reproducible protocol to inject ten Kubernetes incidents, collect evidence, diagnose and restore nominal state.
